Want to Slim? Sleep is Enough!


Maybe some of you often stay up late and reduce the hours you sleep. In fact, with enough sleep you can reduce your weight.

Lack of sleep can make your lack of stamina, fatigue, and make you look so fresh. People are happier with more sleep than people who sleep less, as reported by Sheknows.

Lack of sleep creates hormonal imbalances that affect metabolism. Lack of sleep can lead to increased hunger, decrease satiety, and increased appetite as a whole. You certainly will start looking for food that can be filling as foods with carbohydrates, protein, sugar, and high fat.

Sleep can actually increase your body's ability to burn fat. During sleep the body metabolize carbohydrates efficiently for use as an energy source. Sleep deprivation interfere with the metabolism and causes fat storage and weight is greatly increased.
